Wanted: SERVICE SHOPS for hire

Dear Service Shop Owner,

As you may know, the automobile industry is squeezing out the independent repair shop. The State of New Jersey enacted legislation to enforce “Right to Repair” laws. In less than 5 years, as consumers continue to buy newer cars, the small independent repair shop will be almost obsolete. However, you do not need to be forced out of the automobile business.

We would like to hire your service shop for $500.00 to $5,000.00 an hour building alternative vehicles for the Police, Industrial Service Industry, and the general public. If you are looking for expansion, new business, long term work, new locations or virgin vehicle markets, we want to talk to you!

DLF GLOBAL is mapping out 1,900 independent service stations throughout N.J., Pa. and N.Y., to build alternative vehicles. A Shop Owner can yield as much as $1.5 million dollars annually from a single bay simply putting together basic alternative vehicles. These new alternative vehicles are stronger and lighter than an automobile, and as easy to assemble as a bicycle.

If you are interested in this light assembly opportunity, we will bring an actual alternative vehicle to your location. We strongly recommend that you purchase one yourself! State DOT’s, Police Officials and our Investor Network have been waiting for this moment to arrive!

If you are unsure, we encourage you to read the enclosed article from Entrepreneur, run the numbers, and notice the featured company (Run About Cycles Inc. at www.runaboutcycles.com ) has only been around for less than 2 years, and will make over $8 Million Dollars in 2007!!! The room for profit and long term growth potential is enormous; especially when you add up our projected production schedule of 2.8 million vehicles in five years.

We will be meeting with additional State Regulators, Mayors, Townships and Communities across the tri-state area. The public can obtain a wealth of possibilities for making their communities profitable, green and sustainable with alternative vehicles that pay for themselves in as little as 2 years.

If you would like to further discuss deal negotiations, feel free to contact us at the above address, e-mail and/or phone number. We do look forward to hiring your service facility to build alternative vehicles.

Sincerely,

Cont’d; SERVICE SHOPS for hire

Here is what we recommend to get you started-

Seeing is believing. We will first bring to your location a Non-Motorized Alternative Vehicle. You will have the opportunity to inspect the vehicle firsthand. This will also give you the opportunity to see just how easy the vehicles are to build.

Overview

We recommend that a Shop Owner purchase 2 “display only” vehicles for $2,500.00 dollars each, and obtain the Dual-Mode Designation for $5,000.00 dollars. A kiosk station is included. The initial $10,000.00 dollar startup cost can be financed without interest, and the Shop Owner should have at least 100 consultations a month minimum. The Shop Owner should make their initial investment back within six months. A consultation is $30.00 dollars for a customer to reserve an Alternative Vehicle order. The consultation is subject to rise, and the Shop Owner gets one third of this fee.

A Shop with 2,000 reservations (orders) will make $1,000,000.00 dollars for a basic $5,000.00 dollar vehicle. A Shop Owner should have more than 2000 reservations in two years. The Shop Owner is hired for labor only, and will be supplied all the materials to build the vehicle. The labor charge ranges from $500 to $5,000.00 dollars an hour, depending on consultation demand for basic to high end alternative vehicles.

Some townships may not allow such a display of two parked vehicles on a lot. The Dual-Mode Designation is a lobby tool to represent Advanced Transportation and your new Dual-Mode facility to Local Officials and the State of New Jersey Assembly Transportation Committee. If your community does not support Clean Alternative Transportation, or the ability for you to bring more jobs and revenue to your community- use the consumer registration funds to open a facility in another township that does!

The State of New Jersey just released the Alternative Transportation Report in February.

DLF GLOBAL has all the critical reports on file, and can provide the Shop Owner with a CD-ROM of these reports and the Master Business Plan on Dual-Mode Transportation. A generic copy of the Private Placement Memorandum is also available.

Depending on the reservation volume in your particular area, a Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) with Investors may be necessary. A Private Placement is $30,000.00 dollars. The funds for this placement can come from customers reserving a consultation for purchasing an Alternative Vehicle. Customer financing or a full payment for an order after a consultation will be the driving factors to determine PPM strategy.

Lobbying State and Government Officials is extremely expensive. The consumer consultation process for alternative vehicle demand will allow a solution to be exposed to the general public, and not be swept under a pile of political red tape. Private Investors will also use this information to confirm orders, and track the trend of rising alternative vehicle demand.

This overview is provided to give you a quick snapshot of what is happening, and a viable opportunity to grow your business in the right market. Nothing can be set in stone, and cannot be guaranteed. This alternative vehicle project is market driven, and the demand for a transportation solution will be ultimately determined by the general public.
